How Rentify stores necessary data and manages optional analytics

1. What Rentify uses
Rentify uses cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, bookings, language, payments, and the cookie preference itself. Optional analytics uses an external product analytics service only when the user enables the Analytics category.
2. Categories

4. Banner and settings
- Reject stores Analytics and Advertising as off.
- Accept stores Analytics and Advertising as on.
- Customize lets the user choose Analytics and Advertising separately. Necessary storage cannot be switched off.
- The permanent Cookie settings action in the footer reopens the saved choices.
- A choice expires after 183 days. A schema or notice change requires a fresh choice.
5. Data processed by the analytics service
The analytics service provider may receive page URLs, event names, timestamps, browser and device information, online identifiers, network information such as the IP address seen by the service, and error diagnostics. After sign-in, Rentify may associate the analytics session with the internal account ID. Rentify does not send the account name or email as identification properties.
6. Advertising providers
Rentify does not currently load advertising or campaign-measurement tags. If advertising technology is added, this Policy and the live register must be updated before launch, and the Advertising choice must control it.
7. Browser controls, changes, and contact
Cookies can also be deleted or blocked in the browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in, booking, or payment. Browser controls do not replace the Rentify settings for technologies that do not rely only on traditional cookies.
